Lights On! 2023
The Jenks Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Lights On! Christmas celebration, located in downtown Jenks, on Thursday, Nov.ember 16, 2023.
The event, presented by River Spirit Casino Resort and Andy B’s Bowl Social, is free of charge and the public is invited to attend from 5PM-8PM..
From First to Fourth street, attendees can enjoy attractions including a visit to see Santa Claus, live entertainment provided by the Jenks High School Trojanaires and other local talent, and a variety of local food trucks.
News on 6 Meteorologist Travis Meyer will emcee the evening and will countdown to the ceremonial turning on of the Main Street lights.
The event will also feature free carriage rides courtesy of U Dirty Dawg.
The countdown for Lights On! will begin shortly after 6 p.m.
Members are welcomed to set up a booth on Main Street for no charge. Non-members are also welcomed to submit applications by November 10, 2023. .

The Jenks Chamber of Commerce and its related entities, the Jenks Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation and its related entities, the City of Jenks and its related entities, and all associated properties, agents, employees, directors and officers shall not be liable for any claim, demand, damage, accident or injury to persons or property occurring directly or indirectly as result of Vendor's use and occupancy during or after this event. Vendor agrees that Vendor shall be solely responsible for the acts and omissions of Vendor's servants, employees, helpers, agents, guests, family members, customers and merchandise during the use and occupancy during this event.
The Vendor also agrees to hold harmless the Jenks Chamber of Commerce and its related entities, the Jenks Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation and its related entities, the City of Jenks and its related entities, and all associated properties against any acts of God, which include and not limited to rain, floods and wind. By signing this contract, you agree to abide by all the conditions and rules governing this event and to release of liability without refund.
If for any reason it becomes impossible to hold this event where and when planned, this contract becomes null and void without liability.
Cost
Food vendor agree to pay the Jenks Chamber of Commerce a fee of $150, or $200 if electricity is desired. Non-Food vendors agree to pay $75, or $125 if electricity is desired. Jenks Chamber members receive a booth space free of charge (including electricity). The agreement and payment must be submitted to the Jenks Chamber by Friday, Nov. 10. All revenue from food retained by vendor. Power must be requested and paid prior to the event. No refunds prior to the event.
Location
Lights On! will take place on Jenks Main Street. Vendor locations to be determined.
Electricity
Vendor must let the Jenks Chamber know of all electrical needs at time of application, both voltage and amperage. **If you do not request electricity before the event, you will not have access to electricity on the day of the event.
Water:
Water connections are not available at this event.
Setup
Vendor can begin setup at 3 P.M. on the day of the event, unless other arrangements are made with the Jenks Chamber. Setup must be complete by 4 P.M., ready for inspection from the Tulsa County Health Department.
Tear Down
Early tear down is not permitted. No sales after 8 p.m. Vehicles must exit streets by 8:30 p.m.
Health Permit
A Tulsa County Health Department permit must be displayed to the public by the vendor. Vendor must be ready for inspection by the Tulsa County Health Department on the day of the show.
Trash
The Jenks Chamber will collect trash throughout the event until 8 p.m. Any remaining trash will be the vendor’s responsibility.
Alcohol and Miscellaneous
No smoking. Alcohol is not permitted at this event.
