The Red Bird Coffee Cart is a specialty coffee and Liege waffle food truck owned by two Yukon social workers who dreamed of serving foster youth in a unique way. By serving our community this last year with our own special blend of delicious coffee, tasty waffles and witty conversation (biased opinion), we hope to grow into a career opportunity for youth exiting foster care and to teach the next generation to appreciate the greatest past time, conversation over a cup of coffee.
