The New Mexican is a food truck based in Gore, OK serving authentic food from our home state, New Mexico. Every dish is homemade and fresh. Our specialty is hatch green chile dishes, including smothered burritos, enchiladas, and our green chile queso nachos. In addition, we offer homemade fried taco shells and red chile dishes.
