Plus254 is a food truck based in Edmond, OK that serves authentic African food. Brian and Stayce are originally from Kenya. Kenya is located in the East part of Africa and with the diversity in the country brings lots of different types of dishes. We make very tasty foods with lots of natural spices. We are the only East African cuisine foodtruck in Oklahoma.
