Mission Monk’s Oklahoma Steak Bistro is a chef led food truck based in Shawnee, OK specializing in all things BEEF. We are available exclusively for private events, with our rates starting at $35 per person, with a 100 person minimum. We exclusively use beef from St Gregory’s Mission Monks. Grass raised, no hormones, and no antibiotics.
