Mel's Oriental Bites is a food truck based in Newcastle, OK ran by Chef Greg, a first generation immigrant from Sukhothai, Thailand. We offer a modern spin on the dishes that have made Thailand’s food famous around the world. Refusing to compromise on flavor, we take traditional Thai food and serve it in new ways that Americans are familiar with. Along with these fusion elements, we embrace tradition and bring you stir fry and fried rice dishes straight from the wok, delivering a unique flavor that infuses smokey tones layered on spicy, sweet, and savory.
