Succulent prime brisket burnt ends. AKA Meat Candy. Slow smoked point of the prime brisket cubed up and dipped in our scratch made maple bourbon and ginger sauce and dusted with our homemade brisket seasoning. Then back on the smoker for the sauce to caramelize. These will change your life!

Our most popular item is currently our Torta! You can have Carne Asada or Chicken Breast, but we STRONGLY recommend Pork Carnitas! The bread we use for our Tortas is locally baked. We start by splitting it open and lightly grilling the inside to give it a toasty surface to begin piling the filling.
We lather sour cream first, followed by sliced tomatoes, avocados, and most importantly, fresh chopped cabbage! This addition not only brings the sweet but also the crunch to our Tortas! Once we add the meat, we drizzle our fresh made HOT salsa and put the other side of the bread back on top. We cut it in half and then you close your eyes to enjoy the full flavor, spicy, crunchy and softness of our most popular menu item, the Torta!
